Amerihealth: COVID‑19 Prior Authorizations waived through June 30

To help members receive the care they need during the COVID‑19 pandemic, AmeriHealth New Jersey will continue to waive prior authorization requirements for COVID‑19 inpatient admissions through whichever comes first: June 30, 2021, or the end of the federal public health emergency, which is currently scheduled for July 20, 2021. This extension is outlined in our updated benefits grid.
